Conditioning is essential in the development of a strong performer. This class is a circuit-based cardiovascular workout in which students will work up a sweat while developing overall muscular strength and endurance. It will include progressive strengthening movements, body sculpting, balance and flexibility exercises, core strengthening and is also a great cardio workout. Equipment such as hand weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, skipping ropes etc. will be incorporated into the program.
