Hip Hop
is a structured form of street dance found in music videos and concert performances. It is a high energy fusion of clean, cutting-edge movement and attitude. These classes are designed to teach control, suspension, agility, coordination, precision and an understanding of space. Students will follow a short cardio warm-up and will go on to learn combinations involving both sharp and controlled movements, isolations, and intricate foot work. Students will also explore styles such as popping, locking and break dance.
