Hip Hop is a structured form of street dance found in music videos and concert performances. It is a high energy fusion of clean, cutting-edge movement and attitude. These classes are designed to teach control, suspension, agility, coordination, precision and an understanding of space. Students will follow a short cardio warm-up and will go on to learn combinations involving both sharp and controlled movements, isolations, and intricate foot work. Students will also explore styles such as popping, locking and break dance.

HIP HOP
